Jim Lovett Managing Director Waterfall Services

Jim has worked in the food service industry for the last 15 years holding senior appointments within major contract catering businesses. Like his fellow directors he felt the time had come for change in the industry and hence created Waterfall Services to lead the change.

Pamela Dixon, Operations Director

Pamela has joined the Company from a major international organisation where she was responsible for the Education Division in the north of England. She brings a wealth of knowledge about the education sector and will be able to lead the Company into the next stage of its development.

Vince Pearson, Chairman

Vince has a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from more than 25 years in the contract catering sector. His knowledge of the education market is extensive having had main board responsibility for the sector with a major international contract catering business.

Gary Palmer, HR & Procurement Director

Gary has worked for many years within the contract catering sector and has considerable experience in Human resources which he has augmented in recent years with taking control of the Purchasing for the Company.

Gabrielle Storey, Finance Director

Gabrielle started with one of the big five accounting firms in Manchester and has worked for the last few years in the SME sector bringing her expertise of operational matters together with her deep understanding of finance. She has led the project to centralise all accounitng on the Warrington office the whole business.
