At Taylor Shaw, were foodies and proud of it.
Long before Jamie Oliver made it popular we had banished lumpy gravy, abolished soggy sprouts and eradicated anything even resembling a turkey twizzler from our menus.
Were fanatical about finding the freshest and tastiest ingredients, and combining them to create delicious, healthy meals.
In fact, were so obsessed with food that we want other people to be just as in love with it as we are, so we only make food that gets our tastebuds tingling.
Good food like this doesnt come off the peg so we design our menus around what our clients and the people eating them want, not whats easiest for us, so all our menus are bespoke.
