Sheffield Contract Gain
Primary and Secondary School meals contract awarded
Following a rigorous tender process we have been awarded a 5 year contract for the provision of Primary schools and 6 Secondary school meals in the City of Sheffield.�
This win builds on the excellent work being done in our other primary school contracts and was the key ingredient for the Council awarding the contract.
The Council were looking for a true partner in order to develop the school meals service within the City which it was accepted had not been run effectively over the psat few years by the previous contractor.
The new contract provides for bespoke menus to be available in each school with an improved ratio of area managers to units. The new Sheffield team are looking forward to getting closer to the schools to really develop a close working relationship with each Head Teacher and working closely with the Local Authority to develop this partnership.
