Job Description

Management of catering facility in an independent Grammar School. Responsible for all aspects of runningthe unit including financial controls, ordering of supplies, supervision and training of staff, preparinga and cooking of food in line with all legal requirements.

This is a term time contract 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Job Requirements

Experience of catering management in an education environment, preferably school. Suitable catering and management qualifications, financial acumen, excellent customer service and cooking skills.
