Unit Head Cook – (Bury Grammar School)

We now have a vacancy for a full time Unit Head Cook to oversee the catering facility at Bury Grammar School in Bury. The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of running the kitchen including financial controls, ordering of supplies, supervision of staff, and preparation of food in line with all legal requirements. We have 1800 pupils on site and 200 staff members to accommodate on a daily basis.
 
Candidates should have experience of high volume catering and sound financial acumen. They should preferably hold suitable catering and management qualifications.
