Relief Catering Manager
We now have a vacancy for a full time Business Support Manager to cover catering facilities in the North West in the absence of the catering manager.
The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of running the unit including financial controls, ordering of supplies, supervision of staff, preparation of food in line with all legal requirements.
Candidates should have experience of catering management. They should preferably hold suitable catering and management qualifications.
Hours of work are 37 ½ per week
